Liz Barlow MSc, MCIM

Liz loves to works with teams and individuals at all levels, to assist with organisation-wide and personal change. She has extensive public and private sector experience at a senior level in complex environments.  She has a practical knowledge of HR, leadership, change and operational management, business excellence, culture change, team working and management development. She has experience of designing, organising and delivering extensive communication and education programmes in support of strategic change initiatives.

Liz has held senior roles in both line and HR management and has successfully led large teams through significant and extensive periods of change.  She is a skilled facilitator and trainer with extensive experience as a Coach and Self Managed Learning group adviser.

Whilst undertaking her Masters degree via Self Managed Learning, Liz did research on leadership and ran the leadership development programme for the management team in the organisation in which she worked.  She is on the editorial board for the Journal Development and Learning in Organisations and a trustee for the charity the Centre for Self Managed Learning.


Christine BellChristine Bell

Christine is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator who has worked with groups in a variety of settings both in the UK and internationally. She has worked with groups of leaders and managers from diverse cultures at all levels in organisations in both the private and public sectors.  Christine is skilled at coaching and has coached individuals in career development, communication skills, presentation skills and goal setting.

She has extensive experience in how to utilize on-line digital technology and has worked with managers to assist them to make the most of a variety of social and business networking and professional forum sites. She has supported learners in on-line Virtual Learning Environments and has provided materials for the on-line learning environment of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.

She has delivered leadership development modules on themes such as coaching skills, strategic influencing, social networking skills, root cause analysis, complaint management and team engagement. Christine’s experience in the software industry has also enabled her to develop expertise in lean engineering and Agile project management techniques.

Christine is based in Yorkshire and has worked across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Ukraine.


Jenny LamskiJenny Lamski

Jenny is a highly skilled, qualified Executive and Business Performance Coach with over 25 years business experience, encompassing, sales, negotiating, purchasing, staff recruitment and General Management.

She develops great rapport and creates powerful committed two way relationships. Through her charismatic and warm personality, together with her broad business experience, she helps clients to learn how to enhance their performance and improve effectiveness, in any area that they wish to develop.

Recent assignments have helped clients to focus on increasing confidence and assertiveness, developing business relationships, time management, increasing sales and profitability, leadership styles and skills, inspiring excellence in others, developing a coaching style of management, and emotional intelligence competencies.

Una has enjoyed an exciting career spanning both the public and private sectors. It has enabled her to obtain a wealth of experience in the professional areas she loves, Learning and Development; Project & Change management; People Management and Leadership Development. These days she offers learning solutionswhich focus on changing mindsets in organisations through a mixture of coaching and targeted development programmes aimed at key organisational roles. She also coaches people in role transition, for example, those from management to leadership roles, or team member to management roles. Una also coaches people looking for career change and promotion.  She is accredited in a number of psychometric profiles which focus particularly on communication styles and strengths, including strengths based 360.


Mark PavlikaMark Pavlika

Mark has over 35 years combined experience across disciplines including client services, creative services, finance, human resources and executive management.  He now focuses specifically on providing strategic support services exclusively to the MarComms industry.

Mark’s passion is employer branding.  He regular speaks on the subject and how HR can have a financial impact on the bottom line.  He currently chairs the North London Branch of the CIPD.


Richard Smith B.Sc.Econ, Chartered FCIPD

Richard enjoys the balance in his work between strategic, systems-focused projects and tactical, people-oriented interventions.  He finds that these two strands inform and reinforce one another, increasing his effectiveness in both areas as well as bringing him much satisfaction.

As an experienced and highly-skilled consultant he has a great track record of helping clients design and implement performance and talent management processes which truly fit their culture and which work well in practice.  Similarly he enjoys the challenge of working with clients on change issues which can transform their businesses.  Tactically, Richard loves working with people – individually or in groups – on their own development, specialising in helping them build more effective leadership and behavioural skills.  He also works with senior teams, helping them develop more effective ways of operating together.  Richard’s work has taken him to every continent of the world (except Antarctica!).


Lilian Zacharia

Lilian is a Conflict Resolution Specialist and a qualified Workplace and Family Mediator.  She draws on her extensive background in Management to regularly deliver training and coach managers on their conflict management skills.

Everyone who meets Lilian is blown away by her easy way of discussing difficult subjects in a relaxed and inclusive way.  She has such an innate talent of getting to the root of any issue, knowing which buttons to press at just the right time!


Vivien Hunt

Vivien is a Coach and Consultant specialising in Change and Transformation. Her focus in organisations is in developing their people, culture and building high-trust organisations. She works with leaders and teams to create healthy work environments and improve employee engagement, communication, well-being and employee retention. Vivien is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, ACC) and Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach (C-IQ™). Based in London, UK, Vivien considers herself a global citizen. She has worked and lived in more than 20 countries and travelled to over 60 of them! She started her career as an HR business consultant working on large scale global ERP and business transformation projects, and has over 20 years experience within multi-nationals across a range of industries and sectors. In her spare time she loves dancing, theatre, yoga and travelling.
