Facilitation

Bespoke learning to develop mindsets in culture, leadership and management

We pride ourselves in creating learning that is relevant to you and so don’t have any ‘off the shelf’ packages as we develop materials to get to the nub of your issues and achieve the results you desire. And because our learning is tailored, we can meet face to face, online or over the phone for periods of time that suit you and your budget.

To make our materials realistic, we take time to learn from you.  We want to know what happens now, how you’d like things to be different and gather examples so that we can use your stories to bring the learning to life.

Our sessions are highly interactive because we know we learn more from doing rather than just listening.  This means a crucial element is to create an environment where everyone feels safe to participate without judgement.  And that’s important because we learn from everyone in the room rather than just the facilitator.

We like to have some fun because we also feel this strengthens the learning process.  When people relax and enjoy themselves, they’re more likely to push outside their comfort zones and learn a little bit more.  But we also recognise that some people like to have the theory and so we are continually learning to update our knowledge and skills so that we can provide you with the most relevant tools and techniques.

Having worked with Jane in another college, I was convinced that her flexible, adaptive approach to developing our bespoke programme would be perfect. She has worked closely with the senior team to design and deliver engaging sessions that have suited the wide range of abilities and experience within the cross-college management team. Practical activity underpinned by a firm framework of theory has ensured that everyone has sharpened leadership skills for their ‘kitbag’. Jane’s programme is helping lead us to a refreshed sense of purpose and direction by tapping into the values of the organisation.”
